Join Apple, you will help us leave the world better than we found it!\nDescription\nAs a TPM, you will be leading and responsible for development, qualification, optimization, and production ramp of new process technology and equipment for manufacturing of Apple new products. This is a hands-on position requiring both outstanding technical skills and strong leadership capabilities!\nMinimum Qualifications\nUniversity or college graduated (BS/MS) with major in EE or ME related degrees, with testing background is preferable.\nValidated experience supporting new product launches to mass production from a mechanical, system engineering, or product development perspective with a solid understanding of DFM, DOE, SPC techniques.\nExperience with mechanical assembly fixtures and manufacturing processes is required.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWith understanding and strong passion on other precise assembly processes, such as electrically conductive adhesive or glue applications are welcomed.\nFamiliar with mobile devices' knowledge is preferable.\nCoding skills, and website front-end development is plus.\nAction oriented and handle conflicts - Excellent problem solver, using structured problem solving methodology to assign root cause, plus develop and implement corrective and preventative actions.\nSelf-starter with innovation, integrity, and attention to detail.\nApproach problems with flexibility.
