If you have broad experience across key hardware technologies, a strong product/customer focus, experience guiding sophisticated programs through the development process, and the ability to distill tradeoffs down to key factors and drive critical technology and product decisions we’d love to hear from you.\nDescription\nThe Technology Program Office in Hardware Test Engineering (HWTE) champions technology calibration and test strategy while balancing between quality/customer experience with operational requirements. In this highly cross functional role, we are looking for leaders to engage in early stages of technology development supporting prototyping, design validation, simulation & metrology development activities, as well as identifying mass production intent solutions. This would require proactively driving alignment and convergence plan with cross functional teams, identifying risks & mitigating them - all while presenting frequently to senior leadership across Apple.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in EE, CE or related field\n5+ years relevant industry experience in sensing technologies\nKnowledge of hardware/software architecture and interoperability of complex systems\nKnowledge of touch-sensing technology fundamentals\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s Degree in EE, CE or related field\n10+ years relevant industry experience in sensing technologies\nBackground in touch design and touch-sensing technologies\nUnderstanding of hardware/software architecture and interoperability of complex systems\nKnowledge of statistical data analysis, design, process and test FMEA\nHigh volume consumer electronics calibration, testing and manufacturing experience\nTechnical leadership and/or project management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to bring focus and transparency to complex situations while monitoring the bigger picture and the needs of a rapid development
