The work is hard enough to demand it and the team is generous enough to support it.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBS Computer Science or equivalent experience\n3+ years of mobile or application development experience, strong CS fundamentals, iOS and Swift experience is a plus - but if you're strong in another platform, you'll pick it up here.\nYou've shipped software that people used - and you're ready to own bigger pieces end-to-end\nYou've built something from scratch - a side project, hackathon, or an app you shipped on your own. You know what it takes to go from zero to something real\nYou figure things out. When you're stuck, you dig in - reading the source, building a prototype, or asking the right questions\nComfortable with ambiguity - you may not have all the answers yet, but you know how to find them\nYou work well with others and communicate clearly across teams\nYou're curious about AI tools and you are already experimenting with how they change the way you write code\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing software for human-AI interaction and/or robotics\nExperience in one or more iOS/macOS domains: system services, UI frameworks, concurrent application architecture, performance optimization, and machine learning\nExperience building prototype software for integrated SW/HW user experience development\nYou seek out feedback and learn fast from the people around you\nClose to the frontier.
