Qualifications\nB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from a leading universities\n8+ years of hands-on experience in VLSI / ASIC / SoC development\n5+ years of management experience\n3+ years of Wireless Connectivity SoC development (WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.) experience\nExcellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills\nExperience in driving cross functional activities and matrix management\nExperience in a multinational and cross-functional development environment\nDemonstrated ability to deep dive into technical details while driving program execution\nStrong ability to influence, motivate, and align large, diverse teams towards program goals\nPreferred Qualifications\nHighly beneficial: Hands on experience as System engineer/Post Silicon Engineer\nExperience with post silicon activities: Silicon Validation, Debug, Chip bring up, Product Engineering\nFamiliar with both SW release flow and ASIC design flow\nAdvantages for few years of hands-on experience in Program Management & Matrix management roles\nExperience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity\nA strong passion for innovation in program management and continuous
