This\nrole also includes project management for the Innovation and Standards team, focused on building systems and components.\nDescription\nAs a Data and Systems Program Manager, you will manage, maintain, and continuously improve our data management processes and related documentation. You will define project requirements, manage the project lifecycle, and coordinate with stakeholders across Workplace Design and with cross-functional partners.\nYou will ensure the successful delivery of insightful, actionable data visualizations that improve decision making across the team.\nThe ideal candidate has deep expertise in AI, Wrike, Tableau, data management principles, and project management methodologies.\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum 7+ years of experience as a Data and Systems Program Manager or similar role\nExperience managing projects in architectural building systems and components or programs\nPreferred Qualifications\nExtensive experience with data visualization principles and best practices, including financial data management\nStrong understanding of project and data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data security\nProven track record of successfully implementing AI into workflows with direct Wrike and Tableau integrations\nExpert-level proficiency in Wrike, including custom fields, workflows, reporting, and API integrations\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nExcellent planning, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills\nThinks critically and creatively about how to improve processes and operations\nDemonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and complex
