You’ll assist with daily activities, provide active supervision, and help bring the curriculum to life while ensuring a smooth, positive classroom experience. \nWHAT YOU WILL DO \nHelp create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for all children \nSupport daily activities and curriculum implementation alongside the lead teacher \nAlways provide active supervision, ensuring safety and compliance with required ratios \nSupport children’s development through positive guidance, interaction, and play \nAssist with classroom routines, organization, and communication with families, while supporting overall school operations \nEach day is an opportunity to make a positive impact on a child’s growth and early learning experience. \nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR \nWe’re seeking dependable, positive individuals who enjoy working with children and contributing to a supportive team environment. \nYou’ll be a great fit if you: \nHave a passion for working with young children \nBring a positive, patient, and supportive approach \nAre dependable and show up ready to contribute each day \nWork well as part of a collaborative team \nAre open to learning, feedback, and growth \nAdapt well in a fast-paced classroom environment \nQualifications: \nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
