CRM」も新規事業として堅調に伸びており、960以上のアプリ、累計3億以上のダウンロードもされているプラットフォーム事業にまで成長しております。\nそういった状況の中、システム連携に関連する機能について多数の問い合わせが増えております。既にカスタマーサポート組織はありつつも、テクニカルサポート組織はまだなく、これまでは各担当が対応しておりました。事業成長に伴い将来的にテクニカルサポート専門チームとして強固な専門組織を作っていきたいと考えております。\n**\n業務内容**\n「Yappli」を導入頂いている企業様のデータを当社と連携するシステムの運用サポート業務となります。\n導入企業様ごとに異なる連携システムの仕様を把握した上で、社内に蓄積されている通信ログや社内DBを参照しながら、導入企業様からの問い合わせに対しての調査と回答を行います。\nまた、システム連携に関連する機能についての社内他チームからの問い合わせへの対応のために当社サービスの仕様理解が必要となりますので、この点は入社後の研修でサポートいたします。\n・担当機能でのサポート業務（問い合わせに対する回答）\n・担当機能の動作検証、障害検証\n・社内外のエンジニアとの技術調整等\n・社内ドキュメント作成・整備\n**\nポジションの魅力**\n- 顧客折衝を行いつつ、自社サービスを成長させるための企画・推進にも携わることができる\n- 顧客および、他部署（ビジネス・エンジニア）との連携・折衝のコミュニケーションスキルを磨くことができる\n- 今後、組織として拡大していく可能性もあり、仕組み作りに携わっていく機会がある\n応募資格（必須）\n- システム運用またはその技術サポートに関わられたご経験が2年以上ある方（コードを記述する開発のご経験は問わず）\n- システム開発や運用フェーズでのクライアント対応経験が2年以上ある方\n応募資格（歓迎）\n- リーダーとしてプロジェクトや組織を統括されたご経験がある方\n- システム開発時のテスト経験や運用時におけるシステム挙動等の調査経験がある方\n-
