A home for your talent and ambition.\nA home for everyone.\n\nJob description\n\n>\nKey Responsibilities\nAPAC logistics & WH Supervise.\nInitiate the projects to simplify/ improve/ change the operations of logistics & Warehouse towards the direction of Continuous Excellence and cost savings.\nCo-ordinate with concerned parties to analysis and set the action plans in terms of Logistics Warehouse operations issues\nLogistics WH Cost & lead-time, duty analysis across the APAC countries\nConduct monthly review with APAC countries\nInvolve with countries leader to implementation logistics & warehouse bidding for all ASIA countries\nInitiate and lead team to work with carriers and NVOCC to manage bookings, analysis and set the action plans to resolve local issues. Escalate issues or concerns before they become a late shipment. Notify planners when shipments will be late due to containers, capacity, rollovers, etc.\nProvide weekly tracking on all container booking requests, SO’s and ship dates (Plants and Suppliers)\nBe the point of communication for Asia-wide suppliers and plants on Ocean bookings and Communications (proactive communications)\nDaily operation management of Grohe Thailand DC 0254\nAPAC trade compliance control & Risk Assessment\nOther tasks required by Leader\nJob Specification\nExcellent in oral and written English.\nStrong interpersonal communication ability\nBe familiar with Microsoft office software and good at Excel\nOpen minded & embrace changes, Take challenges\nLogical and systematic approach to work\nThe ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions\nInternational trade experienced\nExperience in international shipping is an advantage\nOver 3 years’ experience in the logistics WH field & at least 1 year in the same position\nKey Relationships and Communication\nInternal stakeholders: IT, Other functions in Supply Chain team, Plants, Finance, Quality, sales & marketing, \ncustomer service\nExternal stakeholders: Distributors, customers, carrier/NVOCC\n\nLIXIL\nA HOME FOR EVERYONE.\nEvery person on the planet dreams of a better home.
