In 2014, GROHE became part of the LIXIL Corporation, a publicly listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.\n\nJob description\n\n>\nMore than just a procurement role\nThis is an opportunity to join a global team where procurement plays an important role in bringing projects, products and suppliers together.\nAs part of the Project Procurement team, you’ll work closely with Project Buyers, international suppliers and internal teams, helping to ensure the right information, systems and processes are in place to keep projects moving forward.\nIf you enjoy working with data, solving problems, coordinating with different teams and taking ownership of your work, this could be your next opportunity.\nAbout the role\nYou’ll provide hands-on support to the Project Procurement team across a broad range of procurement and supply chain activities. Your responsibilities will include:\nSupporting Strategic Buyers with supplier, bundling and market strategies.\nManaging and evaluating tenders and requests for quotations (RFQs).\nSupporting price and commercial negotiations.\nManaging suppliers and coordinating with internal stakeholders.\nHelping optimise the supply chain across cost, quality, liquidity and logistics.\nDetermining stock levels and requirements.\nCreating and tracking framework agreements and purchase orders.\nSupporting savings initiatives, including phase-in and phase-out activities.\nCoordinating change requests, special releases and scrapping activities.\nMaintaining purchasing and master data in SAP, as well as supporting invoice verification.\nManaging orders, tooling and database information.\nEnsuring Project Buyers have the information and system support they need.\nWhat you’ll bring\n1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, technical buying or MRP/material planning.\nA Bachelor’s degree.\nExperience working with SAP; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba is a strong advantage.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional approach.\nGood attention to detail and an ability to work comfortably with data, systems and processes.\nA hands-on and independent working style, with the ability to take ownership without needing close supervision.\nA collaborative approach and the ability to coordinate effectively with different internal stakeholders and suppliers.\nA genuine interest in developing your procurement expertise and building a long-term career in the role.\nFluent Business English and Portuguese, alongside very good knowledge of Google products.\nWhy join?\nYou’ll join a global company and international team, working with colleagues and suppliers from different cultures and markets.\nThe hybrid working model gives you flexibility between the office and home, while the role offers the opportunity to develop your procurement experience and become an integral part of a team supporting projects, suppliers and purchasing activities across the business.\nIf you’re looking for a role where you can develop your procurement career, work internationally and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nLIXIL\nA HOME FOR EVERYONE.\nEvery person on the planet dreams of a better home.
