Aim is to effectively store, manage, inventory of finished goods or components, recording and accurate reporting of stock levels, performing cycle counts & wall to wall counts, reconciliation of inventory with WMS & SAP & manage cost efficient inbound & outbound logistical activity.\nResponsibilities:\nAct / Liaison in capacity of Import manager with Customs, GOIEC & GAFI.\nBe responsible for accurate recording and reporting of inbound / outbound goods movement.\nHave a plan for weekly & monthly inventory cycle count as well as periodic wall to wall counts\nReconcile inventory at agreed intervals, externally (customs records) as well as internally with WMS / ERP systems.\nEnsure bin health and location accuracy of inventory in ERP as well as WMS.\nEnsure application of FIFO during outbound process.\nMonitoring and reporting of SMOS inventory along with proposed action plan.\nEnsure the Material Master and Storage Bin master data in SAP are accurately maintained for optimal stock placement and removal.\nEnsure ease of handling / efficient pick pack process by identifying inventory into ABC classification and storing it in bin location accordingly.\nMonitor and control pick pack ship process within agreed time frame and trouble shoot procedural / performance gap to ensure lean and continuous improvement mindset.\nTrack 3PL metrics including order picking accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and receiving turnaround times.\nReview 3PL invoices against contracted rates for storage, handling, and shipping, processing approvals within SAP MM.\nEnsure released products imported are compliant with local regulations.\nCoordinating with transport companies for distribution of goods, after importation, to customers warehouse of Grome Trading warehouse.\nBe responsible to monitor transportation cost as well as exbibit mindset of continuous improvement by critically reviewing as is situation to offer cost effective solutions.\nMaintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.\nMaintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job result.\nComply with laws, rules & regulations & meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.\nAlways ensure Supply Chain Security and Safety of warehouse and its staff.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.\nFluent - Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)\nProven working experience 8 years as a Warehouse/Logistics manager.\nExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.\nProven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nHands on experience with warehouse management software and databases (SAP ).\nLeadership skills and ability manage staff.\nStrong decision making and problem-solving skills.\n\nLIXIL\nA HOME FOR EVERYONE.\nEvery person on the planet dreams of a better home.
