project lifecycle.\nGather client requirements, define project scope, and prepare project plans.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.\nConduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.\nEnsure effective communication between clients and technical teams.\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.\nManage project documentation, reports, and project governance.\nHandle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.\nDrive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.\nSupport pre-sales discussions by understanding customer requirements and coordinating with technical teams when required.\n\nRequirements: \n2- 4 years of experience in Project Management, IT Project Coordination, or Cloud Project Delivery.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder and client management experience.\nGood understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and AWS services.\nKnowledge of AWS services such as EC2 VPC, IAM, S3 RDS, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, and Auto Scaling.\nStrong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.\nExcellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.\nStrong documentation and reporting skills.\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nPMP, PRINCE2 Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.\nAWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Associate Certification is preferred.\nExperience working in a Cloud Services or IT Infrastructure environment will be an added advantage.\nExcellent leadership and team coordination skills.\nStrong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.\nCustomer-centric approach with exceptional client communication
