We are a team of resilient, forward-thinking innovators driving the AI revolution.\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Facilities Manager to join our team at Applied Digital. The Critical Facilities Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of the critical infrastructure of our Datacenters. This role involves providing technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting supervision to ensure the seamless operation of all critical systems and infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, life safety, and general building. (MEP Infrastructure). \nPerform site inspections.\nMonitor and respond to datacenter alarms.\nLead vendors in maintenance activities.\nReview and approve all systems MOPs and scripts.\nSupervise all critical maintenance activities.\nManage maintenance Capex and Operations budget for the site.\nRecommend Capex project for site efficiency and improvements. \nThis role is typically Monday - Friday but will require weekend work when the maintenance schedule requires and for operational emergencies.\nBasic Qualifications:\n3-5 years' experience in managing a data center critical infrastructure or 5+ years' in managing critical infrastructure.\nKnowledge of medium voltage systems and safety procedures.\nKnowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment.\nStrong management skills.\nStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and complex schematics.\nComputer acumen to include strong understanding of the function and application of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as well as common office technology including MS office suite of software and other Web based tools.\nStrong Oral/Written Communication skills.\nPlease note that Applied Digital is currently unable to sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or provide immigration-related support for this position.
