We welcome candidates from the Fargo-Moorhead metro to apply. \nEmployees working in Fargo, ND, will enjoy professional growth and community engagement through our regional presence in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota.\nAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:\nManage and optimize manufacturing processes\nDrive continuous improvement and optimizing operations to ensure manufacturing safety, quality, and efficiency\nConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve quality-related process issues and implement solutions\nCollaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance\nImplement tooling and fixture improvements to optimize processes\nCreate work instructions and training materials\nParticipate in safety incident investigations and provide technical guidance for countermeasures\nWork collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners\nContribute to projects that impact communities in the greater Fargo-Moorhead metro\nApply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Ag/Biosystems Engineering required\nExcellent root cause analysis skills\nProficient in Creo and TeamCenter; experience with Visual Basic and MS Office helpful\nComfortable working in a production environment\nPrior manufacturing experience is preferred; internships and co-ops can be counted as professional experience in this role\nCapable of working independently and as a team member\nStrong work ethic and unwavering integrity\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset\nCuriosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking\nEffective verbal and written communication\nDesire to work on a variety of projects\nESTIMATED PAY RANGE\nEngineer I: $34.62-$40.38/hour\nEngineer II: $38.46-$44.23/hour\nEngineer III: $43.27-$49.04/hour\nSenior Engineer: $46.63-$53.85/hour\nFinal compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
