Our physical offices are located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota.\nAs a Manufacturing Engineer in Cypress, TX, you will:\nSupport the transition of electromechanical product lines from another facility into the Houston site\nAssist with equipment installation, setup, and readiness for production\nLead or support product validation activities to ensure successful launch\nPrepare and update manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards\nProvide hands-on troubleshooting for wiring, assembly, and electromechanical systems\nDeliver training to production teams on new processes, equipment, and product requirements\nParticipate in knowledge-transfer visits to current production sites and support launch activities\nApply lean manufacturing principles to improve flow, reduce waste, and stabilize processes\nMaintain active involvement from pre-launch through post-launch stabilization to support a seamless production ramp-up \nWork collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners\nApply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering \n5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience\nStrong electromechanical and wiring knowledge preferred\nBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required \nExperience supporting equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting\nStrong lean manufacturing background (Kaizen, standard work, waste reduction, etc.)\nAbility and willingness to travel to partner facilities and current production sites for knowledge transfer\nExperience preparing manufacturing documentation and training materials\nEpicor experience preferred\nESTIMATED PAY RANGE\nEngineer I: $34.62-$40.38/hour\nEngineer II: $38.46-$44.23/hour\nEngineer III: $43.27-$49.04/hour\nSenior Engineer: $46.63-$53.85/hour\nFinal compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
