Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.\nEnsures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.\nHigh-level management of all ß-sites, evaluation and demos at customers site, from planning to execution\nGenerate training plans for the groups capabilities enhancements and insure certifications are completed, from safety to technical capabilities\nInterfaces with defined customers on product roadmap and strategy, provide constant feeding into the product line roadmap on customer HVP and new technology roadmap.\nDrives the application of principles, theories and concepts and determines the best course of action. Resolves complex problems of department wide operations.\nEstablishment of product strategy at customer site, in-depth analysis and project planning with the functional and management teams\nFunctional Knowledge\nWorks on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors\nAt least 5 years of semiconductor industry experience, focusing on metrology solutions\nBusiness Expertise\nReceives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives\nLeadership\nProvides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees\nProblem Solving\nExercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.\nImpact\nErroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.\nInterpersonal Skills\nInteraction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.\nPosition requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times.
