Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nS&OP Leadership\nLead the monthly and quarterly S&OP process across multiple product lines and programs.\nDrive alignment between demand forecasts, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and business objectives.\nFacilitate executive S&OP reviews and provide recommendations on supply-demand tradeoffs, risks, and mitigation plans.\nEnsure cross-functional alignment among Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, TPMs, and MPMs.\nForecasting & Demand Planning\nOwn demand forecasting processes and governance.\nPartner with Business Units, Product Managers, and Finance teams to develop short-, medium-, and long-range forecasts.\nMonitor forecast accuracy metrics and establish corrective actions to improve forecast reliability.\nDrive demand signal analysis, trend identification, and scenario planning to support revenue commitments.\nMaterial Strategy (HVM & NPI)\nDevelop and execute material strategies supporting both NPI ramps and HVM production.\nTranslate S&OP outputs into actionable material plans across suppliers and manufacturing sites.\nEstablish inventory strategies including: Safety StockRun Rate PlanningPACE and DASH execution modelsStrategic Buffer ManagementLong Lead-Time Material Planning\nEnsure material readiness for product launches, production ramps, and revenue-critical builds.\nCapacity & Overplan Management\nPartner with TPMs, MPMs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to develop overplan strategies that mitigate forecast uncertainty and protect revenue.\nEvaluate capacity, supply constraints, and inventory impacts associated with overplanning decisions.\nLead scenario modeling and recommendation development for executive decision-making.\nDrive risk identification and mitigation planning across critical components and suppliers.\nInventory & Supply Risk Management\nOptimize inventory investment while maintaining customer delivery commitments.\nMonitor material health, excess and obsolete inventory, and supply continuity risks.\nLead recovery plans for shortages, supplier constraints, allocation challenges, and demand volatility.\nDevelop contingency plans for critical commodities and long-lead materials.\nCross-Functional Program Execution\nAct as the primary interface between Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, TPMs, and Business teams.\nDrive program-level material readiness reviews and ensure alignment to build schedules and shipment commitments.\nEstablish metrics and dashboards enabling proactive decision-making and performance management.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nYesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
