Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead requirements discovery sessions with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and strategic priorities\nTranslate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements aligned with Workday capabilities and enterprise standards\nDevelop and maintain high-quality documentation (e.g., BRDs, functional specifications, process flows)\nServe as a strategic liaison between HR COEs and GIS, translating functional business requirements into Workday system capabilitiesPartner with GIS teams to validate the functional feasibility of proposed solutions and confirm they meet business requirements\nPartner with employee experience team members to support the identification of enhancement opportunities within existing Workday functionality, improving user experience, data integrity, and process efficiency\nProvide functional support across testing, release planning, and deployment to ensure successful delivery\nApply working knowledge of core HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to ensure Workday solutions reflect real business needs\nFunctional Knowledge\nUnderstanding employee life cycle processes (e.g., hire to retire)\nFamiliarity with Workday reporting tools\nExpertise working with HR COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services)\nBusiness Expertise\nUnderstanding of how HR Technology supports the broader organizational goals.\nAbility to align Workday solutions with HR COE strategies\nProcess Improvement & Optimization\nExpertise in business process analysis and redesign, especially within HR functions\nAbility to identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-enabled solutions that improve employee experience and data accuracy\nInterpersonal Skills\nAbility to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nStrong written communication for creating business requirements, documentation, and stakeholder updates\nActive listening to understand stakeholder needs and concerns.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nNoRelocation Eligible:\nYesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
