Learn more about our benefits.\nThis position reports directly to the DDP Profitability Lead and has a strong working relationship with the DDP Pricing Lead. The analyst will support gross margin management, standard margin forecasting, profitability analysis, pricing activities, and financial reporting for the business unit.\nThis role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working across Finance, Business Management, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and accounting organizations. The candidate will play an important role in helping drive data accuracy, forecast discipline, and business insights that support profitable growth.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport standard margin reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nSupport the Pricing Lead on analyzing customer deals and large-order opportunities to evaluate margin impact and financial returns.\nAssist with pricing waterfall analysis and tracking of pricing performance.\nPartner with ACE, Operations, Business Management, and Pricing teams to ensure revenue and cost assumptions are accurately reflected in forecasts.\nDevelop revenue and margin bridges and performance commentary for management reporting\nSupport gross margin improvement initiatives by identifying profitability risks and opportunities.\nSupport commercial decision-making through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.\nSupport forecasting, quarter close, and annual planning activities.\nPerform financial modeling and ad hoc business analysis to support decision-making.\nDevelop insights and recommendations based on revenue, cost, and profitability trends.\nDrive data quality and consistency across financial systems and reporting processes.\nInvestigate revenue, cost, and margin data anomalies and coordinate corrective actions with business partners.\nSupport implementation of new profitability measurements, reporting tools, and dashboard automation.\n________________________________________\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, pricing, profitability analysis, or related finance functions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.\nExperience working with large datasets and business reporting tools.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred\nExperience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or industrial environments.\nExperience with SAP, BPC, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar reporting and planning tools.\nUnderstanding of product costing, pricing, revenue forecasting, and gross margin analysis.\n________________________________________\nCritical Skills\nFinancial Analysis & Reporting\nProfitability and Margin Analysis\nFinancial Modeling\nData Analytics & Visualization\nBusiness Partnering\nProcess Improvement\nProblem Solving\nAttention to Detail\nCommunication & Presentation\nCollaboration and Teamwork\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nYesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
