Learn more about our benefits.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nSAP & Manufacturing Systems\nServe as the primary business process expert for SAP and MES-related manufacturing operations.\nSupport system deployment, enhancement, testing, user acceptance activities, and operational readiness for SAP and MES solutions.\nDefine and maintain business process requirements, transaction workflows, master data governance, and manufacturing system standards.\nPartner with IT, GIS, and solution providers to identify and implement manufacturing system improvements.\nSupport future SAP and MES roadmap initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.\nMES & Digital Manufacturing\nLead business activities related to SmartFactory MES implementation and adoption.\nSupport manufacturing execution processes including WIP management, dispatching, quality control, traceability, and production reporting.\nDrive manufacturing data collection and digitalization initiatives to replace manual data entry and improve process visibility.\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders to define factory automation and data integration requirements.\nSupport manufacturing analytics, performance monitoring, and operational reporting initiatives.\nLogistics & Warehouse Operations\nSupport daily logistics operations including receiving, shipping, warehouse management, inventory control, and material movement processes.\nDevelop and maintain standardized operating procedures supporting SAP-enabled logistics transactions.\nImprove inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, storage utilization, and material traceability across the facility.\nCoordinate physical inventory activities, cycle counting programs, and inventory reconciliation initiatives.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline material flow and reduce operational waste.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Business Operations, or related field.\n5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, production systems, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP manufacturing and logistics modules (PP, MM, WM/EWM, IM, or related modules).\nExperience supporting or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, electronics, or capital equipment environment.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, work order management, WIP tracking, inventory control, material movements, and production reporting.\nExperience facilitating system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), process documentation, and change management.\nStrong understanding of master data governance and business process standardization.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT organizations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s Degree\nSemiconductor manufacturing experience strongly preferred.\nExperience with MES, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.\nKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode/RFID technologies, and material traceability solutions.\nExperience with factory automation, manufacturing data collection, and system integrations.\nUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations or enterprise system deployments.\nKnowledge of manufacturing analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or operational reporting tools.\nPMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM or CSCP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or SAP certification is a plus.\nCore Competencies\nSAP Manufacturing & Logistics\nMES\nDigital Manufacturing & Automation\nWarehouse & Inventory Management\nBusiness Process Optimization\nChange Management\nCross-Functional Leadership\nManufacturing Analytics & Reporting\nSupply Chain Operations\nContinuous Improvement\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nNoRelocation Eligible:\nYesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
