Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvides leadership to a team or functional area that provides strategic focus to the Customer Quality Org.\nEnsures that customer perspectives are understood and addressed by business leaders, resulting in improved delivery of products and services.\nProvide day-to-day management support to the development, evaluation, and implemention of strategies to respond to customer issues.\nWorks with cross-functional teams to align customer resolutions with business objectives. Identifies opportunities to improve customer quality.\nServes as the primary contact in the customer quality team in resolving issues.\nInterfaces with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and that products meet customer specifications.
