Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide EHS support and guidance for operational, engineering, construction, and facility-related activities.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and policies that ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate EHS activities with internal stakeholders, contractors, customers, and external organizations as necessary to support safe operations and project execution.\nMaintain expertise in applicable EHS regulations, standards, and industry best practices, including OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 requirements.\nExperience supporting large-scale construction projects, mission-critical facilities, semiconductor manufacturing, data center operations, or advanced technology environments is strongly preferred.\nDirect experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 construction safety requirements and emergency response program management is highly desirable.\nParticipate in concept, design, and feasibility reviews to identify and mitigate potential safety, health, and environmental risks early in the project lifecycle.\nConduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and compliance evaluations for products, processes, facilities, and projects.\nPerform and support investigations of incidents, injuries, near misses, environmental events, and property damage incidents, identifying root causes and corrective actions.\nUtilize structured problem-solving and risk assessment methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, PHA, JHA, and other recognized tools.\nEvaluate and recommend safe work methods, engineering controls, design requirements, operational procedures, and policies.\nGather, analyze, and interpret EHS data and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport emergency preparedness and response programs, including emergency action plans, drills, exercises, and incident management activities.\nDevelop and deliver EHS training programs and educational materials for employees, contractors, and business partners.\nPrepare and present EHS reports, project updates, compliance status, and risk assessments to EHS leadership and business stakeholders.\nParticipate in regulatory inspections, internal audits, and compliance assessments, ensuring timely resolution of identified gaps.\nSupport site emergency response operations and Emergency Response Team (ERT) Members 24/7 as required to respond and/or consult during emergency situations such as chemical releases and spills. Attend Emergency Response training as determined by manager and site level ERT manager.\nQualifications\nStrong working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, codes, standards, and industry best practices.\nExperience supporting construction safety programs and contractor management activities preferred.\nKnowledge of emergency preparedness, emergency response, and incident management principles.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive EHS excellence in a fast-paced operational environment.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.\nDemonstrated ability to investigate incidents, analyze data, and implement effective corrective actions.\nProfessional certifications such as CSP, CHST, CEM, CIH, CSMC are highly preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position may require standing and walking for extended periods; bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and lifting; working in confined or restricted spaces; and operating hand and power\ntools. The ability to distinguish colors and work in environments with elevated noise levels may also be required.\nMust be able to wear PPE such as safety shoes, eye protection, fall protection. \nMust be able to walk/stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time. \nMust be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs.\nMust be able to respond quickly to sounds (powered industrial trucks, building alarms).\nMust be able to rapidly respond to emergencies.\nMust be capable of assisting others during evacuations.\nMust be able to see/recognize and respond to dangerous situations.\nWork Environment\nThis role may involve work in laboratories, manufacturing environments, construction areas, cleanrooms, and other industrial settings.
