This role collaborates closely with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and multimedia teams to translate technical and process knowledge into engaging, learner-centric modules. The position primarily focuses on development using Articulate Storyline 360 while ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment with business and training objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 with strong focus on learner engagement and usability \nCollaborate with SMEs and Instructional Designers to analyze requirements and develop effective learning strategies \nDevelop and integrate multimedia elements including graphics, animation, video, audio, and simulations \nApply UI/UX best practices to ensure consistency in branding, navigation, and overall learner experience \nSupport classroom, virtual classroom, and blended learning programs with digital assets and courseware \nPerform end-to-end quality assurance including functionality testing, content validation, and SCORM compliance \nTroubleshoot course issues related to Storyline, LMS compatibility, and publishing \nManage multiple deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations \nDrive standardization through reusable templates, frameworks, and development best practices \nMandatory Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or related field \n4-6+ years of experience in e-learning development\nAdvanced hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 (mandatory) \nDeep understanding of Storyline features including triggers, variables, layers, and states \nExperience in developing interactive, scenario-based, and simulation-driven content \nProficiency in handling multimedia elements (audio, video, animations) within learning modules \nStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills in a global environment \nAbility to independently manage tasks, priorities, and project deliverables \nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) \nExposure to additional authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Camtasia) \nBasic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for customization \nFamiliarity with LMS platforms (SABA, Cornerstone, etc.) and SCORM/xAPI standards \nUnderstanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories \nExperience in template development and scalable content production \nAwareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2, Section 508 compliance) \nExposure to emerging technologies such as AI-driven content creation\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nNot SpecifiedRelocation Eligible:\nYesApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
