Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air handlers, make-up air units, exhaust systems, controls, and associated mechanical components.\n Perform facility-wide maintenance activities in addition to HVAC, including mechanical repairs, minor electrical/low-voltage support, plumbing, and building repairs (within scope of training and qualifications).\nSupport cleanroom and manufacturing support HVAC systems, including airflow, pressurization, temperature, and humidity control.\n Use CMMS (e.g., IBM Maximo) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset history.\n Utilize building automation systems (e.g., Johnson Controls Niagara) for monitoring and troubleshooting.\nCoordinate and oversee contractors performing HVAC and facility services.\nDocument work clearly and accurately using CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours and emergency facility/HVAC needs.\nRequired Qualifications\n Active Massachusetts HVAC License (commercial/industrial)\n7-10 years of facilities maintenance experience, with strong HVAC focus\nProven technical troubleshooting skills\nExperience working independently in an operational environment\nAbility to participate in an on-call schedule, including responding to after-hours emergencies\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting cleanroom, laboratory, or manufacturing support environments\nFamiliarity with Maximo, Johnson Controls Niagara, or similar systems\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nPhysical & Work Environment\nPhysically active role requiring lifting, climbing, working in tight spaces, and use of hand and power tools\nWork may occur in office, lab, manufacturing support, and cleanroom environments with appropriate PPE\nThe candidate must have recent 5 years HVAC experience .\nThe candidate must have a current MA Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Certification\nThe candidate will perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on refrigeration and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, Chiller, Boilers and BAS Systems,\nThe candidate will be responsible for the installation of new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.\nThe candidate must have the ability to troubleshoot and repair RTU’S and split systems\nThe candidate must have the ability to be able to retro-commission HVAC unit/ Refrigeration Units\nMaintain and repair various HVAC systems.\nRead thermometers and gauges; records readings.\nMake adjustments to thermostatic controls and blowers.\nLubricate and/or service compressors, motors, and other moving parts of HVAC equipment as needed.\nTake responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of paperwork.\nResponsible tor coordinating and overseeing HVAC contractors and ensuring that vendor reports are detailed and timely.\nThe candidate must be Team Oriented, reliable and responsible\nMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills,\nWill be required to use Facility Management Software, FSR's and MAXIMO, competency in these programs is a plus\nMust be flexible and able to multitask and shift priorities as required with minimal to no supervision\nThe candidate must will be willing to be part of the Facilities rotating 24/7 On-Call Team\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nNoRelocation Eligible:\nNoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
