This role under the Semiconductor Business Group (SPG) will support financial and planning activities, including business analytics at the segment and business unit level for the Gross Margin Leadership Team (GMLT). The person coming into this role will collaborate across the Finance organization as well as with SPG Operations and Engineering functions. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with working both up and down the chain of command, using data to develop & create actionable & useful analytics, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and completing deliverables related to regular business cycles.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nHigh-impact role with exposure to Operations and Finance leadership. \nOpportunity to influence decision-making through financial analysis and business insights. \nExposure to global operations and cross-functional business processes. \nKey role in advancing operational excellence and financial discipline across the organization. \nKey Responsibilities :\nOwn various cost improvement performance tracks reporting\nInteracts as a direct business partner with Semiconductor Operations Executives, delivering analysis and recommendations to guide operational and financial decisions.\nPerform Cost & Gross Margin analysis across a variety of different revenue and cost elements over multiple groups & products.\nDrive financial modeling and analysis to support Gross Margin reporting for Finance & Operations executives.\nProvide analysis and reporting requirements for key Semiconductor executive reviews including Strategy, Forecast, and Actuals. \nDevelop and maintain a cost tracking framework that is transparent, auditable, and consistently applied across geographies and business segments.\nSupport the quarterly forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) processes, integrating cost improvement tracks into a comprehensive P&L model.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior Finance and executive leadership, including actuals vs. plan variance commentary.\nMaintain and improve rolling forecast models that reflect both top-down guidance constraints and bottom-up operational inputs.\nDevelop dashboards and executive-ready presentations that communicate complex financial data clearly and concisely.\nLead the effort in streamlining management reporting and centralizing information and analytics\nQualifications :\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.\nAt least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, and Cost Accounting.\nStrong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis. \nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling. \nExperience with financial systems and reporting tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, SAP BPC.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment. \nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. \nExceptional ability to distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executives. \nExperience working with large datasets and process automation tools is an advantage. \nFamiliarity with AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics is an advantage\nCORE COMPETENCIES :\nData Gathering/Reporting\nTools, techniques, and processes for gathering/reporting data for measuring business results, objectives & strategies.\nBusiness Partnering\nCreating active partnership with both operations and management.
