Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngages with customers at a Senior level to solve High Value Problems affecting customer's ability to achieve technology milestones. \nManages GPS team providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. \nEnsure legacy corrective actions and Lessons Learned are captured in New Products design intent. Contribute to the FMECA process. \nImplement appropriate training plans to enhance strength of the unit. Mentor new engineers. \nTechnology expert on several product lines within the BU\nParticipate in and drive Engineering Design Reviews\nPartner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues\nDrive resolution of key issues with Engineering.
