Learn more about our benefits.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a talented, highly motivated student to join the PDC Planning organization and become part of a global, cross-functional team.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership, solve complex business challenges, and make a meaningful impact. You will be involved in a wide range of planning activities and lead analytical and operational projects from problem definition through implementation.\nYou will work closely with stakeholders across Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure operational readiness, support the execution of production plans, and drive alignment between demand, supply, and operational priorities.\nAs part of the role, you will analyze complex data, identify risks and opportunities, challenge existing processes, and translate insights into practical recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present your findings, influence decisions, and implement solutions that improve planning and operational performance.\nThe role provides broad exposure to end-to-end planning and supply chain processes in a dynamic and complex business environment. It is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience, develop strong business and analytical capabilities, and grow within the Planning organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nTake ownership of planning-related projects and drive them from analysis through implementation.\nSupport and execute diverse production and material planning activities.\nMonitor material readiness, identify gaps and risks, and drive cross-functional actions toward resolution.\nPerform data analysis, business evaluations, and operational calculations to support decision-making.\nTranslate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable plans.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and develop practical, scalable solutions.\nCollaborate with multiple stakeholders across Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D.\nPresent analyses, recommendations, and project outcomes to relevant stakeholders and management.\nSupport strategic and operational initiatives across the Planning organization.\nWhat Should You Have?\nThird-year B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering and Management.\nAvailability to work at least three days per week from our Rehovot campus.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends, understand complex data, and derive actionable insights.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a structured, data-driven approach.\nHigh level of initiative, ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.\nAbility to independently manage tasks and projects from definition through execution.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.\nStrong collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability to drive progress across complex interfaces without formal authority.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations.\nFast learner with strong business understanding and critical-thinking capabilities.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nAdvanced Excel skills.
