Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across Logistics, Manufacturing, Factory Automation, and Inventory Management.\nServe as the trusted advisor and primary technology partner for assigned business functions.\nFacilitate alignment between business priorities, technology roadmaps, and project investments.\nBuild executive-level relationships and effectively communicate business value, program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.\nDrive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and influence decision-making in a matrixed organization.\nPartner with global and regional leadership teams, including APAC stakeholders, to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.\nSolution Delivery & Technology Leadership\nLead the design and implementation of technology solutions supporting logistics operations, warehouse processes, manufacturing automation, inventory visibility, and material flow optimization.\nOversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, integration, and vendor management activities.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business objectives.\nManage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units, IT organizations, vendors, and regions.\nDrive accountability and execution across matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.\nPreferred Experience\nRFID and IoT Technologies\nAGV, AMR, and ASRS Solutions\nMaterial Handling Equipment (MHE) Integrations\nSmart Warehouse/Mfg. and Industry 4.0 Technologies\nSystems Integration and Middleware Platforms\nGlobal Program and Vendor Management\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.\n9+ years of experience in enterprise IT, logistics technology, or manufacturing automation systems.\nProven experience leading complex technology programs.\nExperience partnering with senior business leaders and managing executive stakeholder relationships.\nDemonstrated success leading matrixed teams and influencing without direct authority.\nStrong program management, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.\nExperience working with global teams and stakeholders, including APAC regions.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
