Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\n-Develops and maintains customer relationship with all relevant individuals in his/her district at all times, at all levels. Performs regular customer visits.\n-Ensures customer satisfaction with Company service and system performance.\n-Escalates system downs according to valid escalation procedure, to ensure earliest possible return to service. Reports in a timely and accurate manner as required.\n-Achieves guaranteed up time and other parameters as sold to customers.\n-Promotes quality improvement processes to:\n- reduce cycle time\n- drive continuous improvement of technical performance\n- empower the work force\n-Interviews, hires, and trains customer engineers and technicians as necessary to support regional business.\n-Manages, coaches, and provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled, support individual contributors\n-Responsible for salary planning, career planning, corrective actions where necessary, establishes objectives and performance appraisals.\n-Ensures employee satisfaction through:\n- communication of business progress and all related action.\n- setting goals and controlling achievements.\n- establishing training and career development plans.\n-Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start up, warranty, service agreements, paid service).
