Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nManages operations with multiple outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal organization. Planning Ordering, Purchasing and Customer Account Specialists in local region\nEnsures optimum inventory levels at multiple locations\nDetermines staffing requirements; ensures effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff to enable staff development.\nPerform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations. Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions.\nManages commitment methodologies and processes across product groups\nGenerates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis.\nAdministers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.\nCreate and submit claims for AMAT lost or damaged materials and assist suppliers with their parts claim\nOther Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.\nFunctional Knowledge\nWorks on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors\nBusiness Expertise\nReceives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
