Learn more about our benefits.\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Manager, IT Corporate Finance Technology to lead our India-based technology team supporting Corporate Finance functions, including SAP Record-to-Report (RTR), Tax, Treasury, and Workday Time & Pay. This role combines people leadership, solution architecture oversight, project delivery, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement to ensure technology solutions effectively support business objectives.\nThe ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in finance technology platforms, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within complex global environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership & People Management\nLead and develop the India Corporate Finance Technology organization.\nRecruit, retain, mentor, and develop high-performing employees and contingent workforce resources.\nManage workforce planning, resource allocation, performance management, and succession planning.\nEnsure timely onboarding, utilization, and offboarding of contingent workers.\nFoster a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performance culture.\nTechnology Strategy & Solution Delivery\nProvide leadership and governance for technology solutions supporting SAP RTR, Tax, Treasury, and Workday Time & Pay platforms.\nValidate solution architecture and ensure design integrity for complex, cross-functional business processes.\nEstablish and enforce application architecture standards, development standards, and best practices.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation initiatives to improve dependencies.\nApplication Support & Service Management\nOversee delivery of application support services and operational excellence across Finance Technology platforms.\nEnsure compliance with service management, change management, incident management, testing, release management, and problem management processes.\nDrive continuous service improvements and cost optimization initiatives.\nManage maintenance, licensing, subscription renewals, and vendor relationships.\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls.\nSupport SOX compliance activities, audit requirements, and control testing.\nDrive root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues.\nPartner with Information Security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy requirements.\nFinancial Management\nDevelop and manage application and project budgets.\nUnderstand service cost models and key cost drivers.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.\nMonitor vendor performance and contract commitments.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild trusted relationships Business Administration, or a related field.\nMaster's degree or MBA preferred.\nExperience\n10 to 12 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Finance systems and applications.\nMinimum 5 years of people management experience leading technology teams.\nDemonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise application programs and support organizations.\nProven track record as a Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, or Technology Manager supporting Finance functions.\nTechnical Competencies\nSAP Finance Expertise\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance\nSAP Fiori applications and user experience capabilities\nSAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation programs\nWorkday Time & Pay\nExperience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Payroll solutions.\nUnderstanding of workforce management, payroll processes, controls, and integrations.\nAbility to collaborate across Finance and HR organizations.\nIntegration & Architecture\nExperience designing enterprise application architectures and integration strategies.\nStrong knowledge of APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud integration technologies.\nFinancial Processes & Compliance\nWorking knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, financial controls, and compliance requirements.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.\nAdditional
