Learn more about our benefits.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Receiving Variant Notification (RVN) Manager oversees the complete RVN process, ensuring timely, accurate handling of product variant notifications while leading a team of associates. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and the application of Best-Known Methods (BKMs) in material handling and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, SAP systems, quality notification management, and team leadership.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperational Leadership\nOversee the RVN process lifecycle, including intake, validation, tracking, and resolution of product variant notifications.\nManage and resolve SAP Quality Notifications (QNs), ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Purchasing) to ensure seamless integration of variant data into operational workflows.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for RVN and quality notification processes.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, coach, and develop a team of RVN Material Handlers.\nSet clear performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-ones, and support career development. \nFoster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and excellence.\nManage staffing levels, schedules, and workload distribution to meet business needs.\nInventory & Material Control\nOversee receiving, storage, movement, and control of materials within the facility. \nEnsure accurate inventory records and regular Cycle Counts. \nAnalyze inventory reports to identify non-moving, or aged inventory. \nQualifications:\nEducation & Experience\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with at least 2 years in a people management role.\n2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. \nExperience with SAP, particularly in managing Quality Notifications or quality management related role and receiving processes.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).\nExperience with change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.\nPreferred Attributes:\nExperience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment.\nAbility to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity through structured processes.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nNoRelocation Eligible:\nNoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
