The manufacturing engineer develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.\nResponsibilities include:\nInterface with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of new products\nEstimate manufacturing costs\nDetermine time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements\nDevelop design methods and parameters, project methodology and/or project proposals\nDevelop work flows for Discrepant material\nParticipate in the preparation of concept and feasibility studies\nManage Discrepant Material Engineering decisions\nEvaluate work methods, procedures and policies\nRequirements\nGraduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field\nGood academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale\nLegally authorized to work in US without sponsorship\nAble to solve problems creatively and analytically\nThrive in a results-driven culture\nFlexible and adaptable mindset\nStrong attention to detail\nLeadership skills\nTakes initiative\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nNew College GradTravel:\nYes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nYesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
