Our AGS team partners closely with key customers in Taiwan to solve manufacturing challenges and enhance equipment productivity, making us trusted business partners and contributing to consistent global revenue growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManages professional Customer Engineers inMicron Account - Taichung Site, and is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own job family. Adapts business unit, department, site or sub-function plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business unit, department or sub-function plan; receives guidance from manager. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead overall site operations and business performance for Micron Account - Taichung Site, including customer satisfaction, P&L ownership, and budget management.\nAct as the primary interface to the customer, ensuring alignment with Micron expectations and Applied’s Vision, Mission, and Values.\nDrive timely and technically oriented responses to customer needs, and proactively develop high-value service solutions.\nBuild and maintain a capable workforce to meet current and future service requirements, with a focus on employee development and engagement.\nCollaborate with senior business group leaders to design and implement strategies that address customer challenges and align with organizational goals.\nProvide strategic guidance and approval to reporting managers on long-term programs, process design, and operational improvements.\nDefine and monitor site-level performance metrics, and report progress against business unit and account-specific goals.\nTake on a long-term assignment based in Taichung, with initial location in Taiwan.\nQualifications\nMinimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor field service, preferably with exposure to multi-site service operations.\nAt least 5 years of people management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop multi-layered teams.\nPrior experience working with Micron is a plus.\nTechnical expertise in any module is welcome (e.g., PVD, CVD, ETCH, FEP, CMP, IMP, etc.).\nStrong customer relationship skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.\nPassionate about career development and committed to continuous improvement and excellence.\nProficient in both English and Chinese communication.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 25% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
