Learn more about our benefits.\nPosition Summary\nThe Change Management Program Manager will lead organizational change initiatives that support the growth, scalability, and operational effectiveness of the SPO Central Operations organization. This role is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, organizational structures, and business initiatives by developing and executing structured change management strategies.\nKey Responsibilities\nChange Strategy & Planning\nDevelop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for business transformation initiatives.\nConduct change impact assessments to evaluate the effects of organizational, process, and technology changes.\nStakeholder Management\nIdentify key stakeholders and assess readiness, influence, risks, and engagement needs.\nBuild strong partnerships with leaders across Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Corporate Functions.\nCommunications & Engagement\nDevelop and implement communication strategies that create awareness and promote adoption.\nOrganizational Readiness & Training\nAssess organizational readiness for upcoming changes.\nIdentify capability gaps and training needs.\nAdoption & Sustainability\nMonitor adoption metrics and employee engagement indicators.\nConduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess effectiveness.\nGovernance & Program Support\nTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder concerns related to change initiatives.\nPrepare executive dashboards and progress reports.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, PMO, or Program Management.\nExperience leading large-scale organizational or operational change initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nPreferred\nProsci Change Management Certification.\nExperience in a technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or operations environment.\nExperience supporting organizational scaling, shared services, or central operations transformations.\nPMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 25% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
