Learn more about our benefits.\n Join Our Team: New Product Transition Project/Program Manager (NPT PM)\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs the NPT PM, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of product launch initiatives within manufacturing. You’ll lead complex programs, aligning teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations to bring cutting-edge products to maturity.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nOwn the Program: Drive the success of new product transitions within scope, budget, and schedule-as defined by the Business Unit (BU) and PDP process.\nLead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate efforts across NPI/NPT Engineers, Materials PMs, DFX, Manufacturing, Supplier Engineering, and the BU.\nPilot Execution: Oversee early manufacturing builds to drive learning and meet pilot milestones.\nProblem-Solve at Scale: Resolve operational challenges between the BU, NPI teams, and Volume Manufacturing.\nDrive Commercialization Strategy: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve designs and manufacturability.\nMitigate Risk: Analyze product readiness and proactively address risks to ensure smooth production ramp.\nEngage Leadership: Deliver high-level presentations and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.\nOwn the Details: Define project scopes, develop schedules, plan resources, and track budgets and deliverables.\nFacilitate Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to streamline processes and elevate cross-team collaboration.\nCoordinate Execution: Organize and lead meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through across teams.\n What You Bring\nWe’re looking for a strong communicator, team leader, and problem-solver with a solid foundation in manufacturing and program management.\nRequired Qualifications:\nDeep understanding of manufacturing operations, product lifecycle, and change management processes.\nProven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across engineering, operations, and executive leadership.\nStrong leadership in matrixed environments with the ability to manage complexity, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.\nExperience managing technical programs with measurable business impact.\nExcellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering or equivalent).\nPreferred Skills:\nHands-on manufacturing engineering experience.\nPMP or Scrum certification.\nExperience with SAP.\nBackground in the semiconductor industry is a plus.\n⸻\n⸻\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nNoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
