You’ll also lead high-impact sessions in front of executive management and global AMAT business and technological teams.\nOur group: \nSME (Subject Matter Expert) group leads technological programs in planning and supply chain team, driving IT, BI & AI innovations, operational excellence and scalability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExpertise in Planning and Supply Chain Processes and Systems:\nDeep understanding of planning and supply chain processes.\nExperience with various technologies used in planning and supply chain.\nAbility to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.\nBusiness Requirements Documentation (BRD):\nAbility to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.\nProficiency in writing detailed and clear BRDs for new IT systems.\nExperience in translating business needs into technical specifications.\nSystem Implementation, Training and Support:\nHands-on experience in implementing Planning and supply chain IT systems.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.\nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems.\nDevelop and deliver training programs for end-users.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.\nProvide user support and guidance to ensure effective system usage.\nProject Management and Collaboration:\nStrong project management skills to oversee system implementation projects.\nExperience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating with various departments and teams.\nStrong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.\nAbility to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.\nWhat should you have?\nB.Sc. or B.A in a relevant field of study\nExcellent knowledge of key planning and supply chain processes\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew\nExcellent systems understanding (SAP, etc)\nAble to translate business needs to a written technical BRD\nProject Management capabilities\nAble to lead without authority\nPresentation skills\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
