Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nPortfolio and Spend Management\nLead in-quarter spending and budget management with PPB business partners.\nOwn day-to-day spending management and reporting activities across the PPB Business Unit.\nIndependently perform variance analysis, explain forecast-to-actual changes, and identify emerging risks and opportunities.\nOwn headcount and labor modeling to support quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and target setting.\nPartner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to drive spending discipline, forecast accuracy, and investment optimization.\nLead Finance Reporting Processes\nConsolidate financials for PPB P&L forecasting and reporting with inputs from revenue, cost, OpEx and capital finance partners.\nLead development of dashboards and reporting tools that improve financial visibility, simplify consolidation and support executive reviews.\nPartner with Corporate FP&A to define requirements, align priorities, and enhance reporting capabilities.\nDrive system and process improvements across forecasting, reporting, automation, and data quality.\nLead financial forecasting for the R&D teams, supporting product development investment analysis and manufacturing cost analysis.\nStakeholder Partnership and Collaboration\nCoordinate with BU finance partners supporting forecasting, reporting, and analytics activities.\nProvide guidance on priorities, deliverables, and financial processes.\nPartner effectively with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Accounting and FP&A teams to deliver financial insights to business discussions and decision-making.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, investment analysis, or related areas.\nExperience supporting OpEx, CapEx, and headcount planning processes.\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case development.\nExperience working cross-functionally and supporting business decision-making.\nAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning and reporting tools (Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau or similar).\nProven experience in business partnering, with a track record of communicating effectively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.\nPreferred\nExperience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing or other R&D-intensive environments.\nExperience supporting corporate FP&A processes.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nNoRelocation Eligible:\nNoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
