Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on semiconductor process tools and supporting equipment.\nExecute maintenance procedures in accordance with OEM documentation and internal SOPs.\nDiagnose and resolve first level mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and utility-related issues.\nRespond to tool alarms and support equipment recovery activities.\nEscalate complex issues to Equipment Engineers and OEM service teams.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.\nSupport equipment installation, startup, qualification, and relocation activities.\nCoordinate facility hookups and equipment readiness activities.\nVerify operational readiness prior to engineering usage.\nSupport daily lab operational activities and equipment readiness.\nCoordinate with tool owners and engineering teams for maintenance scheduling.\nAssist in tracking equipment uptime, PM compliance, and work-order closure metrics.\nFollow EHS standards, Cleanroom protocols, and LOTO procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.\nParticipate in productivity and cost-reduction projects.\nContribute to standardization of maintenance practices across laboratories.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in:Mechanical Engineering\nElectrical Engineering\nElectronics Engineering\nInstrumentation Engineering\nMechatronics Engineering\n\n3-8 years of relevant experience in:Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance\nManufacturing Equipment Maintenance\nAutomation Systems\nWafer fab experience would be an added advantage\n\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
