Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as Program Owner for AGS strategic initiatives, with accountability for program objectives, priorities, execution, risks, and business outcomes.\nOwn and manage the development and readiness pipeline in partnership with AGS and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities with shipment plans, customer service commitments, business requirements, and installed-base demand.\nEstablish and maintain program governance, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, action tracking, and escalation mechanisms.\nDevelop and maintain program scorecards, dashboards, and decision models to measure performance, identify gaps, and enable data-driven decision-making.\nIdentify execution and development gaps, determine root causes, and drive cross-functional actions toward resolution.\nAssess and communicate program value, priorities, risks, and business impact across: Customer value, Business Unit (BU) value, and AGS/internal organizational value\nDevelop and maintain business requirements, project documentation, standard processes, and operational guidelines.\nBuild alignment across cross-functional organizations and drive execution through influence without direct authority.\nTranslate complex data and operational information into clear business insights, recommendations, and executive-level communications.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, scalability, and process effectiveness.\nProactively identify, assess, communicate, and manage program risks and dependencies.\nDrive change-management activities required to enable adoption and sustainment of new processes and capabilities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience owning or managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects in a global business environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis, quantitative analysis, and decision modeling.\nDemonstrated ability to develop business requirements and translate business needs into executable plans and measurable outcomes.\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, establish alignment, and drive results without direct management authority.\nStrong communication, organizational, and program/project management skills.\nAbility to communicate complex issues, business impacts, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.\nExperience developing and using dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions.\nUnderstanding of service operations, including installation, warranty, service readiness, and customer support activities.\nDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, structure complex problems, establish priorities, and drive cross-functional teams from problem identification through implementation and sustainment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience applying AI, Agentic AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve business productivity, decision-making, or operational efficiency.\nSemiconductor industry experience.\nFamiliarity with Applied Global Services (AGS) operations, service processes, and business models.\nExperience working with large and complex datasets to support business decision-making.\nKnowledge of product lifecycle management, new-product introduction, and technology development processes.\nExperience supporting strategic initiatives involving service readiness, customer service optimization, installed-base support, or field operations.\nWorking knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms, or comparable enterprise business systems.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nYesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
