Learn more about our benefits.\nPosition Summary\nThe Project Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics is responsible for leading cross-functional projects while leveraging data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights to improve operational performance and business outcomes. This role combines project management expertise with strong analytical capabilities to drive strategic initiatives, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.\nThe successful candidate will manage multiple projects, develop executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions, and partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into measurable improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Program Leadership\nLead end-to-end execution of strategic projects and programs from initiation through deployment and sustainment.\nDefine project scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation plans.\nDrive project governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.\nData Analytics & Business Intelligence\nDesign, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.\nAnalyze complex operational, financial, supply chain, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop recurring and ad hoc analytics that provide actionable insights to leadership teams.\nCreate executive-level visualizations and reporting tools using industry best practices for usability and clarity.\nEnsure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.\nDevelop predictive and prescriptive analytical models to improve planning, forecasting, and operational performance.\nAI & Advanced Analytics\nApply AI-enabled tools and analytical techniques to automate reporting, improve data quality, and accelerate business insights.\nLeverage machine learning, statistical analysis, and automation where appropriate to support business objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to integrate emerging analytics technologies into business processes.\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate challenges into scalable analytical solutions.\nStakeholder Engagement\nPartner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop reporting and analytical solutions that support decision-making.\nTranslate technical findings into clear business recommendations and executive presentations.\nTrain and support end users on dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service analytics capabilities.\nAct as a trusted advisor on metrics, reporting strategy, and operational performance management.\nProcess Improvement\nLead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing data-driven methodologies.\nStandardize reporting processes, key performance indicators, and data management practices.\nSupport implementation of best practices for analytics governance, project management, and operational excellence.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in project management, business intelligence, data analytics, operations, or related roles.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable business outcomes.\nStrong background in business analytics, reporting, and performance management.\nExperience working with large datasets and developing executive dashboards.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.\nStrong SQL and data visualization capabilities.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered analytics tools and automation technologies.\nUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts and reporting architecture.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience supporting Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering organizations.\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.\nExperience developing predictive analytics or machine learning solutions.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\nOn-time delivery of strategic projects.\nAdoption and effectiveness
