In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for field engineers, application engineers, and customers worldwide.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to transform complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver instructor-led training programs (classroom, virtual, and hands-on).\nDevelop and maintain training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and learning content.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business Units to support New Product Introductions (NPI).\nTranslate technical documentation into clear and effective learning solutions.\nAssess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.\nSupport global training activities and knowledge transfer initiatives.\nContinuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.\nOccasionally travel internationally to deliver training and support global projects.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.\nStrong presentation and communication skills.\nExperience delivering technical training, instruction, mentoring, or customer-facing technical support.\nAbility to learn complex technical systems quickly.\nFluent English, both written and verbal.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in semiconductor equipment, applications, manufacturing, or field service environments.\nExperience developing training content and learning materials.\nFamiliarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design.\nExperience working in a global, multicultural environment.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nPassion for teaching and developing others.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nSelf-motivated with a proactive approach.\nComfortable presenting in front of groups and facilitating discussions.\nTeam player with strong collaboration skills.\nWhy Join Us?\nOpportunity to influence the success of a global workforce.\nExposure to cutting-edge technology and new product introductions.\nDynamic international environment with collaboration across multiple regions.\nProfessional growth and development opportunities.\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 25% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
