Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines\n\nPerform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines\n\nTroubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues\n\nGenerate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports\n\nInteract with customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision\n\nMeasure film properties and interpret data\n\nIdentify, select and work with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision\n\nImplement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation\n\nRequirements:\nPhD or Master's Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or related field\n\nResearch focus in semiconductor would be an added advantage\n\nRelevant experiences in semiconductor process development field\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\n\nProblem-solver attitude with determination and quality-mindset\n\nWork Location:\nScience Park II (Moving to Tampines office starting from Apr 2027)\n\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
