Learn more about our benefits.\nOverview\nWe’re seeking a seasoned Technical Marketing Manager recognized as a subject-matter expert in Advanced Packaging. This role is responsible for defining product value propositions, building competitive positioning, driving customer adoption, and enabling sales teams for advanced semiconductor packaging solutions\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct & Technology Marketing\nDevelop and articulate clear value propositions for advanced packaging process control solution\n\nOwn creation of technical marketing assets: product briefs, solution whitepapers, competitive analyses, benchmark data summaries, presentations, and webinars.\n\nTranslate complex engineering concepts into clear messaging for varied audiences\n\nMarket & Competitive Intelligence & H2H Leadership\nConduct market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis for advanced packaging ecosystems\n\nTrack competitive landscape and emerging technologies; provide insights to executives and product teams\n\nDevelop application use case for roadmap decisions and prioritization\n\nLead competitor H2H, drive new product evaluation and adoption\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with product marketing and engineering to shape product strategy based on competitive and customer insights.\n\nCollaborate with corporate marketing on campaigns, messaging, and product launches.\n\nCoordinate with operations and manufacturing for product readiness and customer alignment.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nMS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.\n\n10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging; direct exposure to BEOL/FEOL processes.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in Advanced Packaging ecosystems and customer workflows.\n\nStrong analytical and communication skills; adept at executive storytelling and data-driven decisions.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional projects to milestones in a matrix environment.\n\nPreferred\nHands-on inspection/metrology background.\n\nExperience with pricing strategy, product launches, and field enablement.\n\nFamiliarity with reliability, yield, and metrology/inspection data as it relates to packaging performance.\n\nSuccess Attributes\nStrategic, enterprise-level thinker with a solutions-first mindset.\n\nCustomer-centric, persuasive communicator who can simplify complex tech.\n\nComfortable operating autonomously and influencing without authority.\n\nThrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.\n\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nYesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
