This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, full-time position based across our locations in Dresden, Frankfurt - Germany. The role requires onsite presence, with flexibility to travel to our Alzenau location depending on business needs. The role requires onsite presence in the Dresden office five days per week, with some flexibility.\nIn this role, you’ll partner with the business to hire top talent for our Europe business units, with a primary focus on Germany. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously improve our hiring approach, enhance the candidate experience, and work closely with hiring managers across Dresden, Frankfurt, and Alzenau.If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role could be a great fit for you\nKey Responsibilities:\nYou will support full life cycle recruitment and be responsible for ensuring a seamless hiring manager and candidate experience \nPartner with multiple hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand unique market needs and challenges, while continually reviewing and optimizing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies\nStrategic Talent Mapping, deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent. Develop comprehensive talent strategies that align with complex business growth objectives\nOwn and lead cross-functional planning and delivery of university events to support early talent hiring\nPreparation of contract offers in cooperation with hiring manager and local HR \nCommunication of offers to candidates, negotiation of offers if applicable\nClose cooperation with internal interfaces (hiring managers, HRBP) as well as with external interfaces (external staffing agencies, institutions, universities) \nEducation and Qualifications:\nBachelor, Master’s or comparable degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, with related/relevant work experience\nDemonstrated ability to work as a high-performing recruiter, working in a corporate setting in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environment\nPrior recruiting experience in the technology, engineering or IT industry is desirable\nProven experience coordinating university events or early talent initiatives across multiple stakeholders\nFluency in English and in German is essential\nStrong working knowledge of employment and labor laws in Germany is required\nExperienced user of MS office, Workday Recruiting or other ATS is advantageous\nProven experience partnering and building positive relationships with candidates, managers, team members, and other stakeholders\nAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines\nHighly organized, with a focus on delivering business results\nSounds interesting?
