Learn more about our benefits.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Rehovot. This is a full-cycle, high-volume recruiting role. You will own hiring end to end for large groups of operational, technical-support and production roles, working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to fill many positions quickly without compromising quality.\nThis role suits someone who is proactive, organized, data-driven and energized by pace.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nOwn the full recruitment lifecycle for a large portfolio of open positions at once, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer.\nBuild multi-channel pipelines using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and relationships with colleges and technical schools.\nRun efficient, structured screening and interview days, keeping a consistent standard across large candidate groups.\nManage offers and C&B aspects\nAdvise hiring managers with market insight and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion and offer acceptance.\nKeep accurate data in the ATS (Workday) and deliver a fast, respectful candidate experience.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nRequired\nMinimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume or mass hiring.\nProven experience working in scale and meeting hiring targets under tight timelines.\nHands-on sourcing experience.\nStrong business-partnering skills and the confidence to manage hiring manager expectations.\nHands-on ATS experience and comfort with recruiting data and metrics.\nStrong organization and prioritization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.\nFluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.\nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nSignificant Advantage\nIn-house recruiting experience in a corporate environment\nExperience hiring for manufacturing, semiconductor, hi-tech or industrial environments.\n\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nFixed Term (Fixed Term)Travel:\nNot SpecifiedRelocation Eligible:\nNoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
