Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeads SPG’s SAP S/4HANA transformation strategy, integrated planning and program governance, including the program charter, scope, milestones and decision-making forums.\nLeads a matrixed team of SMEs, domain owners, functional solution owners, GIS/Finance, and external partners/system integrators to deliver against a single integrated plan.\nOwns integrated planning and execution across workstreams (e.g., design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare). Manages cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.\nDrives business process standardization and future-state process design. Works with process owners to close gaps between current and future state\nEstablishes and enforces program management standards, including planning cadence, RAID management (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and governance reviews, so all workstreams execute consistently.\nOwns program schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software. Finds potential problems early and drives them to resolution.\nSecures and directs resources from partner organizations, including internal, external and matrixed headcount, to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.\nSets up and reports program KPIs and readiness metrics, and gives clear, regular updates to executive steering committees and senior leadership.\nFunctional Knowledge\nStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes and dependencies across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, or service (e.g., Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).\nBusiness Expertise\nDemonstrated experience leading complex ERP-enabled business transformation initiatives, e.g. SAP transformation or readiness activities.\nUnderstands how ERP decisions affect business operations, financial controls and customer commitments.\nLeadership\nLeads business process transformation with accountability for process and organizational readiness, working in partnership with technical and functional solution owners.\nStrong ability to influence senior leadership and working teams.
