Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for program management of Research, Development and Engineering aspects of the MDP SBU including new service product development performance.\n\nPartners with business leadership and the product business to develop service product roadmaps and manage product portfolios/investments.\n\nLeads development and execution of innovation/technology roadmaps in support of above product roadmaps.\n\nLeads customer application understanding and development to facilitate new product introduction.\n\nAccountable for the on-time delivery, cost and quality of new products and technologies to support customer, operating plan and growth commitments of the MDP SBU.\n\nLeads development and execution of project management (PMP), product lifecycle processes (PLC), continuous improvement programs, ECO etc.\n\nSupports quality, productivity and sustaining engineering initiatives partnering with customers and operations.\n\nManages technology partners and supports new product related strategic sourcing needs partnering with strategic sourcing/supply chain.\n\nLeads sampling field quality processes working closely with field commercial resources Builds strong teams and cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies & external partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal etc. Communicates RD&E progress /execution to senior executives and stakeholders.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS:\nCustomer focused - Voice of Customer (VOC) domain expertise and strong customer acumen\n\nPositive can-do hands-on entrepreneurial attitude that builds support for RD&E needs\n\nStrong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility\n\nAbility to effectively manage and deliver to multiple Key Performance Indices (KPIs).\n\nCritical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, finance, marketing, strategy, management).\n\nExcellent personal time management and project management skills.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMaster's or PhD in Science/Engineering related degree (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, or related field).\n\nPreferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale\n\nMaterials, Deposition, Systems experience and domain expertise\n\nSemiconductor applications and services experience desired\n\nExtensive new product introduction experience with a performance-based track record\n\nStrong program management and product lifecycle management experience\n\nApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
