Learn more about our benefits.\nRole Responsibilities\nCollaborate with account Process Engineering, Sales, and FSO to review viability and value of tier 1 customer requests for spares CIPs.\nTranslate the customer’s technical HVP related to part performance and define specifications and test plans to the AGS support functions. Opportunities will involve all of the following: repair, advanced clean, sensors, self diagnostics, advanced surface materials, relaxation of non-value add tolerances/specs\nGenerate internal documentation for alternate part solutions: internal business cases, sales collateral for internal customers (business unit product managers, AGS sales and field engineers)\nSupport account team in developing qual plans and data packages with customer, lab tools, and EPIC center\nRecommends to GM how to most effectively deploy resources to achieve spares business goals for Applied Services.\n\nSuccess Profile:\nSystems-level mindset (process + hardware + device + total CpW)\nData-driven and hypothesis-oriented approach\nStrong ownership and accountability\nAbility to translate technical insights into practical application solutions\nComfortable in managing stress of external customer deadlines and internal customers with competing objectives\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in related field (engineering, physics, chemistry)\n5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and leading node fab requirements\nPreferred Qualifications\nMandarin and English speaker\nExtensive experience with semi tools and processes related to PVD, Dielectric deposition or Etch\nAdditional Information\nTime Type:\nFull timeEmployee Type:\nAssignee / RegularTravel:\nYes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:\nYesApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
