Learn more about our benefits.\nPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with a specialized skillset in Workday to join our HRIS team. This is onsite in Bangalore, IND. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of the HR Technology stack by providing HR technology solutions to improve business processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and SABA/Cornerstone, ensuring smooth operation and addressing issues that arise.\nServe as a Workday HCM subject matter expert, leading design, configuration, and testing of HCM processes. Support planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end solutions.\nEnsure HR processes are thoughtfully designed, fully documented, and consistently executed across all HR systems through close collaboration with HR and HRIT.\nCollaborate with different teams to find solutions, assist others, and create technology-driven solutions. You dig deeper to understand the desired outcome instead of simply taking requests at face value. You offer advice that strikes a balance between meeting business requirements and developing scalable, top-notch technology solutions and experiences.\nEvaluate out-of-the-box functionality against business requirements to identify optimal solutions to meet those needs.\nPartner with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our systems.\nRoll out new technology functionality to support new initiatives and projects.\nIntake, scope, and carry out technology enhancements and changes based on stakeholder requests.\nMaintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionality.\nDemonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying and recommending improvements to processes, technology, and data quality.\nResponsible for the thorough testing and analysis of new Workday features and functionality and participates in release planning, accountable for regression testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing and pre-launch testing / sign-off for new features or enhancements.\nAssist in testing processes from creating test cases, setting up test cases, and testing different personas through the processes.\nMonitor and recommend changes to improve processes, technology, and data quality.\nResponsible for understanding, creating, and implementing end to end technology processes, identifying and closing gaps in processes and dependencies and transforming the technology landscape, specifically utilizing data connections.\nUphold excellent time management skills including technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cut-over plans from a technology perspective and lead stakeholders through these standards.\nUse project management skills in managing projects.
