This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build project management skills while supporting client projects, coordinating project activities, and contributing to successful outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport project planning and execution by helping gather requirements, track deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.\nPrepare and distribute project status updates while maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and files.\nCoordinate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress, changes, and next steps.\nDocument customer interactions, project milestones, completed tasks, and action items with attention to detail.\nPartner with an experienced Project Manager to learn project management best practices and support successful client outcomes.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and support budget tracking.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.\nEagerness to develop project management expertise and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. \nBonus points if you also have:\nExperience supporting project budgets, reporting, or administrative project coordination activities.\nExposure to software products, SaaS environments, or workflow optimization initiatives.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies, tools, or best practices through coursework, internships, or prior experience.\nTalent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that.
